PHILADELPHIA, PA- Sean Quigley smashed La Salle's school record the 10K crown in 28:03.72 and automatically qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships and the Olympic Trials on the first day of the 34th annual Stanford Invitational at Cobb Track.  Ed Baynes placed 8th in the 10K event (section 3) and Christa Plummer finished 5th (16:34.18) in the 5K section 2. 

William Rhea took 21st in the 800m (1:52.09) for the Explorers and , David Alfano ran to a 23rd place finish (14:26.83) in the men's 5K section 2.
